Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Services
MAbdus Salam LTD provides digital marketing services including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, Facebook Ads management, and Backlink generation.
- No Physical Returns: As we provide digital services and intangible goods, there are no physical items to return.
- Service-Based: You are paying for the time, expertise, and resources utilized to execute your campaign.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service (e.g., backlinks report not provided, or ad campaign not set up) within the specified delivery timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Major Service Error: If the service delivered is fundamentally different from what was ordered (e.g., you ordered High DA Backlinks but received social bookmarks instead), we will rectify the issue or issue a refund.
- Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Due to the nature of digital marketing, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after the work has commenced.
- Third-Party Costs (Ad Spend): Payments made to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads budget) are non-refundable. We only charge for our service fee (management fee). We cannot refund the money you paid directly to Google or Facebook.
- SEO Rankings & Performance: SEO is influenced by hundreds of factors controlled by search engines (Google). While we use industry-best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., #1 spot) or specific traffic numbers. Disappointment with third-party platform algorithms is not a valid ground for a refund.
- Published Backlinks: Once a guest post or backlink is live on a publisher’s site, we cannot issue a refund as we have already incurred costs to secure that placement.
4. Cancellation Policy for Monthly Subscriptions
If you are on a monthly retainer package (e.g., Monthly SEO Service):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice via email.
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
- If you file a dispute or chargeback with Stripe, PayPal, or your Bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend all ongoing services and report the incident as “Friendly Fraud.”
- We will submit this policy and evidence of work completed to the payment processor to contest the chargeback.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your payment proof and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (Stripe/PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
